Retro Stay – Full of Freebies

Welcome to our budget-friendly time capsule from 1984! The apartment is our home whenever we're in Cyprus. It's a little older and could use some renovation, which is why we keep the price affordable, but we take great care of it and fill it with affection and thoughtful extras to make your stay comfortable: a fast Wifi for working from home, a work desk with extra screen, cooking essentials, kayak, beach gear, hammock, yoga mat, free water, movies, a work desk, & our personal Limassol guide. Featuring 2 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, this spot is ideal for digital nomads or for those who prioritize a simple/ fun way of living over luxury accommodations. The open-plan kitchen boasts a new gas stove, an oven and fridge, plus a free washing machine to tackle any laundry disasters. We live here in between renting the place so we have all kitchen utensils for you to cook comfortably like at home, and make use of our spices, tea, pasta, etc. We also have bathroom freebies like soap, shampoo, towels, and you can use any of the stuff we leave behind for the times in which you forget to buy your feminine accessories (ladies) or you forget to buy suncreams, etc. A free beach is just 100m away and you can choose if to bring with you the snorkelling equipment (DO IT! we'll tell you where to spot turtles!), chairs/umbrellas/games that we provide you, or you can also rent sunbeds and umbrellas for cheap there (prices range between 5 to 10 euros nearby). Walking distance there are also plenty of pubs, supermarket, pharmacies, and fish or mezze restaurants where you can enjoy our island! Plus, as your host and with extensive backpacking and travelling experience, I can provide you with personalized itineraries, local recommendations, and lend you fishing equipment (for experienced anglers only). Some quirks related to the house being old: The toilet is a true relic (NOT) from 1984— but hey, at least it flushes! The balcony window door is a bit heavy to use and locks like a vintage window, but don’t worry, it’s 100% secure. The balcony has some damages, but it is safe to use (but don't dance on it)! As your host, I’m here to ensure you have a great stay! You can easily reach me via email, phone, WA, or Viber. We put the whole flat on Airbnb when we are not in Cyprus, while we rent only one of the bedrooms when we are there (price range changes accordingly).
